Has my order been sent?

 

Your order is guaranteed to be sent once we have received proof of payment. You will receive a tracking number where you can track your parcel after 24 hours

What happens if part of my order is missing?

 

Although that is unlikely, everyone makes mistakes. We will deliver the rest of your items free of charge.

Which payment methods can I use?

Mastercards and EFT (If choosing the EFT option, please make sure you pay within 12 hours or item will be removed from your card)

How do I know which size I should take?

Our garment are all true to size unless stated otherwise I.e. oversized

Off Duty is an online store for your convenience. We have monthly pop-ups that we will update on our social platforms.

Can I track my order?

 

Definitely! After you place an order, you will receive your tracking number

What happens if wrong items have been sent to me?

Off Duty will take full responsibility and collect the wrong items and deliver the correct item

Delivery - how much is it and how long does it take?

Free delivery for orders over R1000
R63 general flat rate local and nationwide deliveries
Nb. Delivery will take 3-5 days, however, OD uses an outsourced courier service that has their own schedule that we have no influence over.
Nb. Courier drivers will try twice to deliver, if unsuccessful, your package will be returned back to our warehouse and you will need to pay an additional R63 to have it sent again.

What happens if the size I chose does not fit me?

We only exchange items that are faulty and defective - pop us a mail within 7 days and we will replace your item if available- if not, we will refund you.

How can I apply discount codes?

When you have received a discount code, add all your items to the cart. Once you have selected all the quantities and sizes, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. You will be taken to another page and a tab will be left open for you to add your discount code. The discount will be automatically applied.

Refund & Exchange Policy​

As a small business, when you purchase from us, we do a little happy dance. We then use the money in our business to create something bigger and better to make your next shopping experience an even greater one.
We don't send refunds or do exchanges unless your product is damaged or faulty.
If you're really unhappy, you can return your product and you will be sent a voucher for the value of your item. Courier costs will be deducted from your voucher. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.

Our shipping and refund policy is valid up to 7 days, if 7 days have expired since you've received your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange
