Delivery time for regular service in Europe is 1-5 business days and regular service outside Europe is 3-6 days.

offduty.shop accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country. Prices are calculated on offduty.shop after the delivery address is entered, then added to the order at checkout.

Returns
European law states that when an order is returned, it is mandatory for the company to refund the product price and shipping costs charged for the original shipment. Meaning: one shipping fee is paid by us.

If you placed an order and you want to return it, you will be refunded the product price and initial shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs will be paid by you.

We offer free return shipping if we've sent you the wrong item or size, or if your product arrived damaged.

You have to pay for return shipping if you want to exchange your product for another size or if the package is returned because it has not been picked up at the post office.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, color, or style, please place a new order.


How to return an item
You have the right to return or exchange your order within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.

1. If you want to return an item, simply email us at shop@duties.no, and tell us your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service will guide you through the quick process.

2. Make sure the items you want to return are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to reuse our packaging to ship your return package.

3. Returns have to be paid by you, so choose to drop off your package at your preferred return location.

4. Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be refunded.

Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
